We have our own distribution solutions so we have control over when items are delivered to clients - individually or in bulk - without paying per-job rental or delivery rates.

Resources

We engage contracted resources on a project-by-project basis, meaning we can pay hourly or daily rates for only the work required, rather than hold permanent employees on our books.

Scale

We have invested in the latest AI solutions, replacing manual, repeatable tasks with scalable AI capabilities - so we work quicker and more cost-effectively! Savings that are passed on to our clients.

Warehouses & wholesalers

We find the very best price for all of our products - from bespoke statement pieces to small decorative items. We never pay full RRP, which can save $100s to $10,000s for clients, depending on the size of the project.

Trusted online retailers

'Trusted' is key - we make sure to work with only those online retailers who don't compromise on the quality of their product because of their lower price point.

Genuine sales events

Not all sales are the same. We ensure we source products that are genuinely reduced down from the original RRP - but we also take the opportunity to push for more. End-of-line and end of season is the perfect time to barter!

It's the little things!

We don't buy expensive, framed artwork online. We source digital prints and frame them ourselves. We love a good flatpack and assemble them ourselves. We manage all of our Marketing, website, socials etc. ourselves. The list is long....and the savings are high!
